Start a 3-way call
Speak with two parties simultaneously by creating a mini-conference call on your line.
Desktop or web app
- While on an active call, select Add.
- Search for and select the desired contact's name, extension, or number.
- Select Call and then wait for the second party to answer.
- Once they do, let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call and then select Merge.
Mobile app
- While on an active call, select Add.
- Search for and select the desired contact's name, extension, or number.
- Select Call and then wait for the second party to answer.
