How do I choose a corporate directory (LDAP) for a phone?
Assign a default LDAP directory to all of your phones.
Before you begin:
You must have admin or super admin permissions.
Change the Default Corporate Directory System-Wide
- Sign in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Select System Settings in the left sidebar.
- From , select the desired Corporate Directory by name.
- Select Save.
Change the Default Corporate Directory on a Single Device
- Sign in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Select Devices in the left sidebar and then choose the phone that requires a different directory from the PBX default.
- From , set the Corporate Directory field to Use and then choose the desired Corporate Directory.
- Select Save.
- Power cycle the device(s) to apply the changes.
