How do I check my order status?
Use the order dashboard to see the details and latest status on your equipment, new number, or number transfer order(s).
- Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Select Orders in the left navigation menu.
- Search for and choose the order you want to check for updates. Tip: To speed up your search, you can filter by order type or you can sort by order number, creation date, or modified date.
