How do I check my order status?

Use the order dashboard to see the details and latest status on your equipment, new number, or number transfer order(s).

Before you begin: You must have admin or super admin permissions.
  1. Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
  2. Click Orders in the left sidebar.
  3. Search for and click the order you want to check for updates.

    Tip: To speed up your search, you can filter by order type or you can sort by order number, creation date, or modified date.

What to do next: If you have any questions with an order, please contact Customer Support. To order more numbers or start a new number transfer, click Phone Numbers in the left sidebar. To order more equipment, please contact your Sales Representative.
