Access and identify your billing portal

Learn how to access and identify your billing portal to manage your subscriptions, view and pay invoices, update your payment methods, and more.

Steps to access your billing portal, and the billing portal you use, depends on your product subscription, how you purchased your plan, and if you have the right permissions.

Access your billing portal from My Account

Learn how to access your billing portal from My Account, and identify which billing portal you use.

Before you begin: The required permissions to perform this task depend on the billing portal you use. If you use GoTo Admin, you must be a billing admin. If you use GoTo Admin Classic, you must be a super admin or have a custom role with access and pay invoices permissions.
Please excuse our mess! We're in the process of migrating all GoTo Connect accounts over to GoTo Admin for their billing. Here's how to access and identify your billing portal if you're unsure which one you use:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. If you're not there already, select the Products menu from the left navigation bar.
  3. Under Quick links > Billing, select Go to Billing.

    Result: Your billing portal will open in a new window. If you're unable to access your billing portal, you may not be the billing admin for your account.

  4. Compare what you see in your billing portal with the info below to identify which billing portal you're using:
    GoTo Admin GoTo Admin Classic
    GoTo Admin Subscriptions page GoTo Admin Classic Invoices page
    If you land on the Subscriptions page from the Billing menu, you use GoTo Admin. If you land on Invoices and only see Invoices and Payment options in the Billing menu, you use GoTo Admin Classic.

Use the GoTo Admin billing portal

Explore the primary billing menus you can access and manage in GoTo Admin.

Before you begin: You must be a billing admin to perform this task.
  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. Select Billing from the left navigation bar. Depending on your plan, you may have some or all of the following billing options from the left menu:
    1. Subscriptions: Manage your subscriptions, add-ons, and licenses.
    2. Quotes: Accept or reject open quotes.
    3. Invoices: View open and paid invoices.
    4. Payments due: Review overdue payments.
    5. Payment method: Update your payment methods.
    6. Addresses: Set your billing and shipping address.
    7. Tax exemption: Upload and manage your tax exemption.

Use the GoTo Admin Classic billing portal

Explore the primary billing menus you can access and manage in GoTo Admin Classic.

Before you begin: To perform this task, you must be a super admin or have a custom role with access and pay invoices permissions.
  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. Select Billing from the left navigation bar. Depending on your plan, you may have some or all of the following billing options from the left menu:
    1. Invoices: View open and paid invoices.
    2. Payment options: Update your payment methods, enable or disable autopay, and manage the recipients of your invoices.
