GoTo Network Test Probe Alerts
Set up individual network probe alerts in GoTo Admin so you can be notified when that network's MOS score, latency, packet loss percentage, and/or jitter drop below your specified threshold.
Before you begin: You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin
role to perform this task.
GTNT probe alerting is only available in GoTo Admin, not the PBX Administration portal.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From , you will see a list of all the current probes associated with your account and their system information.
- Choose the probe that you want to add alerts to.
- Select the History and health tab.
- Choose the metric card you want to create alerts for.
- Select .
- Select Manage alerts from the drop-down menu.
- Fill out the form:
- Enable the Send alerts setting.
- Choose your alert Sensitivity level threshold by sliding the bar or entering a specific MOS score.
- Enter a users name in the Alert recipients section. Select to add more recipents. Select to remove recipients.
- Select Save when finished.
What to do next: Repeat with additional metric cards as desired.
