Set up individual network probe alerts in GoTo Admin so you can be notified when that network's MOS score, latency, packet loss percentage, and/or jitter drop below your specified threshold.

1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
2. From Home > Network, you will see a list of all the current probes associated with your account and their system information.
3. Choose the probe that you want to add alerts to.
4. Select the History and health tab.
5. Choose the metric card you want to create alerts for.
6. Select .
7. Select Manage alerts from the drop-down menu.
8. Fill out the form:
   1. Enable the Send alerts setting.
   2. Choose your alert Sensitivity level threshold by sliding the bar or entering a specific MOS score.
   3. Enter a users name in the Alert recipients section. Select to add more recipents. Select to remove recipients.
9. Select Save when finished.
