Why don't I see the webcams option?
There are a few reasons why you're having trouble turning on your webcam.
- You are not a staff member. By default, only Presenters, panelists and organizers can share their webcams during a webinar.
- Your webcam is not plugged in. Have you checked that your webcam is plugged in? If it is, try unplugging it and then plugging it back in to make sure GoTo Webinar detected it. If it is still not working, then there might be an issue with your webcam itself.
- The wrong device is selected. Check the Webcam/Camera tab in your toolbar or Control Panel and use the drop-down menu to select your webcam. It's possible that the wrong device was selected by default.
- Your device does not support webcam sharing. Webcam sharing is not available from all of our mobile apps, so if you joined with an app you might not have access to webcams. See Mobile Feature Comparison for details.
