Why can't I find my recording?

There are a few reasons why you can't find your recording.

Your recording is still processing.

If your account is set to save recordings online or if you manually upload a video to your library, it will appear in your Video Library once it is processed. The processing time depends on how long the video is. On average, it takes about an hour for a video to process and save. Once processed, you can preview, edit, share, and downloading the recording.

Your recording was saved locally on your hard drive.

If you used local recording, the recording was saved as a file on your computer hard drive. Learn more on how to find your local recording, convert it, and upload it to your Video Library.

Your recording may need to be converted.

If you used local recording, you need to manually convert the temporary recording file to a downloadable file using the Recording Manager. See Convert Session Recordings.
