Use Toll-Free Numbers

Account admins can enable organizers with Toll-Free Numbers, which provides toll-free conferences to GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining sessions. This telephone conferencing service allows organizers to add up to 500 session participants in audio-only mode in addition to their attendees who have audio, video, screen sharing, and chat capabilities. When an organizer sends out a session invitation, the toll-free numbers (including international numbers) will be included.

Enable Toll-Free Numbers

Enable toll-free numbers for new users

  1. Sign in to the LogMeIn Admin Center at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Select Admin Settings in the left navigation.
  3. Under Settings template, click Edit.
  4. Next to the desired template, click the Settings icon .
  5. Under the desired product tab and Audio, click the status next to Toll-free numbers.
  6. Click the On option and then Save.
  7. Click the details next to Toll-free numbers and check the countries you'd like to include toll-free numbers for.
    • Default – These countries will be listed first in the Countries drop-down list.
    • Preferred – This country will be displayed at the top of the Countries drop-down list.
  8. Click Apply.
You can now set new organizers with this template setting.

Enable toll-free numbers for individual users

  1. Sign in to the LogMeIn Admin Center at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Click Manage Users in the left navigation.
  3. Search for and click on the desired organizer.
  4. Under Settings, click Edit.
  5. Under the desired product tab and Audio, click the status next to Toll-free numbers.
  6. Click the On option and then Save.
  7. Click the details next to Toll-free numbers and check the countries you'd like to include toll-free numbers for.
    • Default – These countries will be listed first in the Countries drop-down list.
    • Preferred – This country will be displayed at the top of the Countries drop-down list.
  8. Click Apply.
This individual user will see the toll-free audio option.

Enable toll-free numbers for multiple users

  1. Sign in to the LogMeIn Admin Center at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Select User Settings in the left navigation.
  3. Click on the desired product and use the Filter category and Filter by drop-down menus to select a group of users.
  4. Scroll down to Change Settings and click the status next to Toll-free numbers.
  5. Click the On option and then Save.
  6. Click the details next to Toll-free numbers and check the countries you'd like to include toll-free numbers for.
    • Default – These countries will be listed first in the Countries drop-down list.
    • Preferred – This country will be displayed at the top of the Countries drop-down list.
  7. Click Apply.
These users will see the toll-free audio option.
