Why do I see an "invalid meeting ID" error message?
If you see an "Invalid meeting ID" or "Unable to join training" error, there may be a couple reasons causing it.
You might have entered the ID wrong.
Try re-entering the 9-digit GoTo Training ID to see if you might have made a typo. Make sure it's identical to the ID found in the Confirmation email.
You might have the wrong training ID.
It's possible that the GoTo Training ID you have is incorrect. Check your confirmation email or contact the organizer who invited you to the session.
The training might be expired.
The training ID might be from a past session that already expired. Contact the organizer who invited you to the session and ask if there is an updated session you can attend.
