How do I add more questions to the registration form? (Classic)

    Customize the registration form attendees fill out before the training.

    1. Sign in to your account at
    2. Click My Trainings in the left menu and select the desired training.
    3. On the Manage Training page, scroll to the Share Your Training section.
    4. In the Registration and Payment Settings field, click Edit.
    5. In the Questions tab, add required or optional registration fields.
      • Address
      • City
      • State/Province
      • Zip/Postal code
      • Country
      • Phone
      • Organization
      • Job title
      • Questions and Comments
      Note: The added fields will default to optional unless you enable the Required checkbox.

    6. To add your own custom registration questions, click New Question and go through creating your own question.
      Important: You are prohibited from soliciting confidential personal information (credit card information, social security number, etc.).

    7. Click Save.
