Manage Emails
Send custom reminders, follow-ups, and confirmation emails to registrants as needed.
- Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
- From My Trainings , select the desired training and then follow the steps below depending on the email you want to send.
Reminder emails
Send reminder emails to your registrants so they are notified before the training starts.
- From the Manage Training page, scroll to the Emails section.
- Select Edit next to Reminder Emails.
- Schedule your reminder email to be sent out to registrants at the desired time.
- Optional: Select Send me a copy of the Reminder Email if you'd like a copy.
- Optional: Enter personalized text as desired.
- Select Save.
Follow-up emails
After the training, send the online recording and attendee certificate in a follow-up email up to 7 days after the training's scheduled end date. If tests or evaluations were added to the training, they will be included in the email.
- From the Manage Training page, scroll to the Emails section.
- Select Edit next to Follow-Up Email, and then enable Send Follow-Up Email to Attendees.
- Select when you'd like to send the email and any additional options as desired.
- Enter the email subject and body text in the provided field to customize the email.
- Select Save.
Confirmation emails
Resend confirmation emails to your attendees if they misplaced it. Confirmation emails are immediately sent upon registration (if automatic approval is enabled) or sent upon approval (if manual approval is enabled).
- From the Manage Training page, scroll to the Tracking Registrants section.
- Select to see the list of registrants.
- Select a registrant, and then select Resend Confirmation Email.
