How do I invite others to the session?

You can invite others to join during the session by sharing the registration link or session ID. You must copy/paste the link and send it via email or any other desired communication platform.

Attention: The navigation has been improved, but the settings shown in this video are the same.

The session has not started yet.

Desktop app or web

  1. Sign in to the GoToweb or desktop app.
  2. Select a meeting to open its details.
  3. Select Copy next to the session link or training details and paste it wherever you'd like, such as an email or chat.
  4. Once the training invite is sent, attendees can simply select on the session link to join or enter the 9-digit meeting ID (access code) into the desktop, mobile, or web app directly.

The session has started.

Desktop app or web

  1. Select People icon.
  2. Select an invitation method:
    • To email the training details, select Invite > Email invitation.
    • To copy the registration link or session ID, select Invite and copy.
    • To copy the session link to your clipboard, select Copy session link.
  3. Send the invite. Attendees will be prompted to register before the session if they haven't done so already.
