How do I invite others to the session?
You can invite others to join during the session by sharing the registration link or session ID. You must copy/paste the link and send it via email or any other desired communication platform.

Attention: The navigation has been improved, but the settings shown in this video are the same.
The session has not started yet.
Desktop app or web
- Sign in to the GoToweb or desktop app.
- Select a meeting to open its details.
- Select Copy next to the session link or training details and paste it wherever you'd like, such as an email or chat.
- Once the training invite is sent, attendees can simply select on the session link to join or enter the 9-digit meeting ID (access code) into the desktop, mobile, or web app directly.

- To email the training details, select .
- To copy the registration link or session ID, select Invite and copy.
- To copy the session link to your clipboard, select Copy session link.
- Send the invite. Attendees will be prompted to register before the session if they haven't done so already.
