- You can imagine this as a playground to try out core GoTo Assist features you love but powered by GoTo Resolve. We encourage you to try starting an instant remote support session, running tests, and familiarizing yourself with the console. You can also view reports, add devices, and explore the device quick view functionality for managed devices.

- Does GoTo Assist sync settings with GoTo Resolve?
- Yes, with each GoTo Resolve login, the most up to date GoTo Assist settings will automatically sync to GoTo Resolve. However, changes made within the GoTo Resolve console will not sync to GoTo Assist. This is intentionally set to ensure risk-free testing in GoTo Resolvewithout any impacts to your GoTo Assist experience. For example, if you decide to enable recordings in GoTo Assist, sessions will also be recorded in GoTo Resolve. On the flip side, if you decide to disable recordings within GoTo Resolve, this will not apply to GoTo Assist. Changes made in GoTo Resolve will not sync to GoTo Assist.
- Will I be charged for GoTo Resolve?
- No. There is no payment required or subscription attached to using this GoTo Resolve environment. If you do not opt back to GoTo Assist, your account will automatically transition to GoTo Resolve after your 90-day trial period.
- Does my billing experience change if I upgrade to GoTo Resolve?
- During the trial period of GoTo Resolve, you will not be billed. However, after the trial, the bill will reflect your subscription to GoTo Resolve. The bills will be sent via email to the billing contacts on record. If needed, you can specify additional billing contacts in GoTo Admin. You will continue to pay the same amount, with the same conditions and renewal date as for GoTo Assist. Following the trial, we will cancel your GoTo Assist account, therefore we highly recommend to download invoices while you still have access to GoTo Assist.
- What can I use GoTo Admin for?
- GoTo Admin is the new administrative console that replaces the legacy admin center. Your settings, user accounts, and unattended device credentials will all be migrated to GoTo Admin.
- Will I lose access to GoTo Assist?
- No. You will not lose access to GoTo Assist by testing out GoTo Resolve. You can revert to GoTo Assist at any time during the trial period.
- Where can I find information while trying out GoTo Resolve?

- What happens if I add a new device to GoTo Resolve during my trial period?
- Your new device will be added to your GoTo Resolve account seamlessly, but it will not by synced to your GoTo Assist account.
- Why can't I move my device to GoTo Resolve?
- Most probably, your device is offline. Ensure the device is online and retry the import process.
