- Does GoTo Assist sync settings with GoTo Resolve?
- Yes, with each GoTo Resolve login, the most up to date GoTo Assist settings will automatically sync to GoTo Resolve. However, changes made within the GoTo Resolve console will not sync to GoTo Assist. This is intentionally set to ensure risk-free testing in GoTo Resolve without any impacts to your GoTo Assist experience. For example, if you decide to enable recordings in GoTo Assist, sessions will also be recorded in GoTo Resolve. On the flip side, if you decide to disable recordings within GoTo Resolve, this will not apply to GoTo Assist. Changes made in GoTo Resolve will not sync to GoTo Assist.

- No. There is no payment required or subscription attached to using this GoTo Resolve environment.
