Starting Instant Support Sessions

    You can start instant support sessions from the Support page of the Console.

    Remember: This feature is not available with a Free subscription. Check out which subscription you need to get the most of GoTo Resolve.

    Select Start remote support session in the Instant remote support card on the Support tab of the Console.

    A Support Key is generated and displayed in a new tab.
    Note:

    Once a Support Key is generated, it remains valid for starting a session for 60 minutes.
