    Quickstart

    Learn how to do the most common functions on your phone. For information not covered below, please refer to the manufacturer’s user guide.

    Call Forwarding

    Automatically forward incoming calls to an internal extension or external number.

    1. Press .
    2. Select Call Forward.
    3. Highlight the desired forwarding type and then press the edit softkey.
      • Todas: Forwards all incoming calls.
      • No Answer: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls.
      • Ocupado: Forwards calls that are declined by pressing the Ignore softkey.
    4. Enter the internal extension or external number to which calls will be forwarded.
    5. If you selected No Answer, enter how many rings to wait before forwarding (No Ans Delay).
    6. Press the ok > save softkeys (to disable call forwarding, delete the internal extension or external number).

      Tip: Press the cfwd softkey on the home screen to forward all calls.

    Do Not Disturb (DND)

    Impeça que seu telefone toque e envie todas as chamadas recebidas diretamente para o correio de voz.

    1. Press the dnd softkey to enable.
    2. Press the -dnd softkey to disable.

    Acesso ao correio de voz

    Check your voicemail from your phone.

    1. Press .
    2. Disque sua senha (o padrão é 0000).

    Discagem rápida

    Assign regularly dialed numbers to additional line keys on your phone.

    1. Press and hold an unassigned Line key.
    2. Insira um Nome e Número de telefone.
    3. Press the Save softkey.

    Chamadas triplas

    Fale com duas pessoas simultaneamente criando uma nova chamada de miniconferência em sua linha.

    1. Durante uma chamada ativa, pressione o botão conf .
    2. Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.
    3. Aguarde a segunda pessoa atender e informe-a de que gostaria de adicioná-la a uma chamada com 3 participantes.
    4. Pressione conf novamente.

    Transfer A Call

    Transferência anunciada

    Place a current call on hold and speak with the destination party before transferring the call.

    1. Durante uma chamada ativa, pressione a tecla xfer .
    2. Dial the transfer destination (internal extension or external number).
    3. Speak to the destination party.
    4. Pressione a xfer Pressione novamente para continuar.

    Transferência direta

    Transfer a call to another party without speaking to them first.

    2. Dial the transfer destination (internal extension or external number).

      Tip: To transfer a call directly to voicemail, dial 0 + extension.

    Hold

    Place a call on hold while you take some time to look up an answer to a question or answer another call.

    1. Press .
    2. Pressione para recuperar a chamada.

    Modify Ringtone

    Choose a new ringtone for your phone or assign a different ringtone to each of your lines.

    1. Press .
    2. Selecione Tocar Tone.
    3. If there are multiple lines assigned to the device, select the line you wish to modify.
    4. Pressione a Alterar .
    5. Destaque o toque desejado (pressione o botão Reproduzir Pressione a tecla de toque.
    6. Pressione a Selecione .

      Observação: This device supports silent ringtones.

    Presence Monitoring

    Visually monitor the speed dial contacts assigned to your phone to know whether or not they are on an active call. These line keys will light up (busy lamp field) indicating if someone is busy or available.

    Sobre esta tarefa:
    • To presence monitor, a system admin must enable this feature on your phone.
    • The lines you want to presence monitor must be speed dial assignments on your phone.

    Provisionamento

    Antes de começar:

    2. Verify you have assigned the phone's MAC address to the device profile.
    3. Verify you have properly plugged in the phone.

    Pelo Menu Telefone

    1. Press .
    2. Select Device administration > Profile rule.
    3. Enter http://‹domain›.onjive.com/p/$MA for the Profile Rule.

      Observação: substitua 'domínio' por seu domínio exclusivo. PBX Administration (classic) users will find their domain in the parentheses at the top of their portal dashboard. Os usuários do portal GoTo Admin verão o domínio nas Configurações de conta.

    4. Pressione Ressincronização > Ok > Ok.
    Próximo passo: If the phone doesn’t automatically reboot, power cycle the device to apply its provisioning settings.

    From the Web UI

    Learn how to provision your phone from the web UI.

    1. Press .
    2. Select Network and then write down the phone's IP Address.
    3. Abra uma janela anônima no Google Chrome, insira o endereço IP na barra do endereço (URL) e pressione enter no teclado. If the web UI doesn't load, enter https:// before the phone’s IP address.
    4. Click Admin Login > advanced.
    5. If you're prompted to enter a password, enter your Device Admin Password.

      Tip: To find your password, log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx and then click Security in the left sidebar.

    6. Go to Provisioning and enter the following settings:

    Factory Reset

    Factory resetting a phone is when you restore a device to its original factory settings. This will delete everything that was previously on the device.

    1. Press the Menu button.
    2. Select Factory Reset > Ok.

      Resultado: O telefone será reiniciado automaticamente.

    Redefinir o provisionamento seguro

    After you factory reset a phone, you’ll need to reset secure provisioning from the admin portal so it can reconnect.

    1. Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
    2. Click Devices in the left sidebar and then choose the device that needs secure provisioning reset.
    3. From Hardware > Reset Secure Provisioning, click Reset.
