Why isn't my GoTo Room remote control working?
There are a couple reasons why your remote control functions are not working.
This article applies to
GoTo Room with Logitech Huddle, Rally, and Rally Plus.
Make sure your remote control is paired.
- Press and hold the button on the camera until the light flashes.
- Press and hold the button on the display hub until the light flashes.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote control until the light on both the camera and display hub stop flashing.
Replace the batteries.
Check the batteries to see if they need to be replaced. If they do, you'll need the CR2032 lithium battery. This battery should last between 1 to 2 years.
