If your Poly TC8 Touch Panel is stuck on the "Waiting for Pairing" screen, you need to pair it to the hardware.

1. Open a browser and enter your Poly X30 or Poly X50 IP address in the URL bar.
2. When prompted, enter the username and password. The default credentials are:
   • Username: admin
   • Password: last 6 characters of your Poly X30 or Poly X50 serial number.
3. Click General Settings > Device Management.
4. Under Available Devices, select and pair the TC8 with your MAC address.
