Why are the links being changed?
Switching to meet.goto.com allows us to unify and consolidate our solutions (such as GoTo Meeting and GoTo Connect) into one single application. This is our next step to delivering a portfolio of built-for-IT, yet easy-to-use solutions to help you do what matters most.
What will happen to my old meeting links?
Your former meeting links will continue to work until the end of 2022. Please note that there are no impacts to the actual meeting IDs or room names. You and your attendees will be routed to the same meeting no matter which link you use.
We highly recommend you start using and sharing your new meeting links.
Will this impact my attendee's experience?
No, your attendees will be prompted to join the meeting from the web or the desktop app as always. If your attendee is joining from the mobile app, they will be prompted to download the GoTo mobile app if they haven't already.
