How do I lock a meeting from GoTo Room?
GoTo Room organizers can lock their meetings to prevent unexpected attendees from joining the current session.
You can lock and unlock the meeting as many times as you want in a running session.
- Start a meeting from your GoTo Room hardware.
- On the touch panel, tap People.
- Tap the Meeting Lock toggle to the "On" position.
- You'll be notified when an attendee attempts to join your locked session. To unlock and connect all waiting attendees to the meeting, tap the toggle again.
