How do I invite others to the session?
You can invite others to join before or during the session. GoTo Meeting does not send out invitations on your behalf – you must copy/paste the meeting details and send it via email or any other desired communication platform.
The session has not started yet.
- Open the GoTo desktop app on your computer or sign in from a browser.
- Select a meeting to open its details.
- Click the Copy icon next to the session link or meeting details and paste it wherever you'd like such as an email or chat.
- Once the meeting invite is sent, attendees can simply click on the session link to join.
The session has started.
Desktop app or web
- Select in the top toolbar.
- Select an invitation method.
- To email the meeting details, select .
- To copy the session link to your clipboard, select Copy session link.
- Send the invite. Once the invite is sent, attendees can simply click on the session link to join.
- Tap .
- Select Invite.

Note: The apps listed depend on which apps you have downloaded on your device.
- To copy the session details, tap copy.
- Select an app to send the invitation through. The meeting information will populate in the app you select.
