How do I invite others to the session?

    You can invite others to join before or during the session. GoTo Meeting does not send out invitations on your behalf – you must copy/paste the meeting details and send it via email or any other desired communication platform.

    The session has not started yet.

    1. Open the GoTo desktop app on your computer or sign in from a browser.
    2. Select a meeting to open its details.
    3. Click the Copy icon next to the session link or meeting details and paste it wherever you'd like such as an email or chat.
    4. Once the meeting invite is sent, attendees can simply click on the session link to join.

    The session has started.

    Desktop app or web

    1. Select People Icon in the top toolbar.
    2. Select an invitation method.
      • To email the meeting details, select Invite > Email invitation.
      • To copy the session link to your clipboard, select Copy session link.
    3. Send the invite. Once the invite is sent, attendees can simply click on the session link to join.

    Mobile app

    1. Tap .
    2. Select Invite.
    3. Select an invitation method:
      • To copy the session details, tap copy.
      • Select an app to send the invitation through. The meeting information will populate in the app you select.

      Note: The apps listed depend on which apps you have downloaded on your device.
