How do I install and enable ChromaCam as an admin?

GoTo Meeting is partnering with ChromaCam to provide users the ability to customize, replace, or blur webcams during meetings.

GoTo Meeting is partnering with ChromaCam to provide users the ability to customize, replace, or blur webcams during meetings. If you have a paid GoTo Meeting account and are an admin, you can enable users in your account to access ChromaCam Pro for free. Once enabled, organizers in your account will be able to download ChromaCam after logging in to their account. Installing ChromaCam on Windows and Mac requires admin rights.

Manage setting in the GoTo Meeting Admin Center

Account admins can enable or disable single users, multiple users, or a user group with ChromaCam.

Log in to the Admin Center at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
From User Settings, select one of the following:
- Select Select all < # > to select all users in your account
- Select specific users manually
- Use the "Filter" category and "Filter by" drop-down menu to narrow down your selection of users (e.g., by user group, role, etc.)
- Use the search field to look up users and select.
Note: See Manage Feature Settings for Users in the GoTo Admin Center (classic) for more information on how to manage individual or user group settings.
Make sure the GoTo Meeting tab is selected.
From Features, select Custom Background with ChromaCam.
Select On or Disabled and then select Save.
Result: Those users will see the "Custom background" setting when they log in to their account.

Enable auto-updates (IT admins)

We encourage admins to enable auto-updates for the latest quality and performance improvements. Use the da parameter to configure auto-updates.

0 - disable auto-update
1 - enable auto-update (default)
2 - automatically detect if the user has admin capability of the machine (if they do, auto-update will be enabled)

Note: Enabling auto-updates requires admin rights.

Specify the preferred da mode during installation.

Syntax for normal mode (Windows) - ChromaCam-G2M.x.y.z.w-Setup.exe /da=[0/1/2]
Syntax for silent mode (Windows) - ChromaCam-G2M.x.y.z.w-Setup.exe /S /da=[0/1/2]
Syntax for normal mode (Mac) - sudo launchctl setenv da [0, 1, 2] && open PATH_TO_PKG_FILE
Syntax for silent mode (macOS High Sierra 10.13) - sudo launchctl setenv da [0, 1, 2] && sudo /usr/sbin/installer -verboseR -dumplog -pkg PATH_TO_PKG_FILE -target /
Syntax for silent mode (macOS Mojave 10.14 or newer) - sudo launchctl setenv da [0, 1, 2] && sudo /usr/sbin/installer -verboseR -dumplog -pkg PATH_TO_PKG_FILE -target /tmp/
