Notes on Feature Access
Please consider the following when deploying and managing GoToAssist Corporate's HelpAlert application:
- As the GoToAssist Corporate account administrator (i.e., account-level manager), you have the ability to restrict access to some features and/or require the use of others. The account-level manager can set up, administer and monitor other managers. Managers and representatives are asked to contact you if they have questions about feature access and use.
- Access to some features varies by the type of GoToAssist Corporate configuration your organization has purchased and the settings configured in the GoToAssist Corporate Admin Center.
