If given access by their manager, representatives can log in to the Management Center to generate reports and review past sessions.

The Management Center provides the following features and tools:

• Use Reports - Select desired report, date range and format to generate and export custom reports.
• Session Review - Review session information.
• My Settings - Modify login settings and time zone preferences.
