How do I migrate from Zoho CRM to Unified Zoho?

    Unlink Zoho CRM and then connect GoTo Connect to Unified Zoho with Phonebridge v3 for a better integration experience.

    1. Log in to the Integrations Dashboard at https://my.jive.com/integrations/.
    2. Click Zoho CRM in the left sidebar.
    3. Click Unlink Account.
    4. In the Integrations Dashboard, click Unified Zoho in the left sidebar.
    5. Click Link Account.

      Result: You will then be redirected to Unified Zoho to login and allow GoTo Connect to access your account.

    6. From Settings in the Integrations Dashboard, choose your line.
