How do I manage my automations?

View and manage all your automations from one place.

Before you begin: You must be set up as a user and be assigned the manager role.

Sign in to our GoTo desktop/ web app.
Select Engage from the left navigation.
Select Automations.

Enable/disable automation

Within the automation, you can enable or disable it directly from the list view.
Optional: You can also select the automation and enable or disable from the Automation Overview page.

Edit automation

Select the automation you would like to edit.
Choose what you would like to edit:
- Name
- Audience
- Automation trigger
- Timeframe
- Action
- Phone number
- Message
Select Save.

Delete automation

Select the icon so the automations appear in a list view.
Select the icon next to the automation name to delete.
