How do I change the settings of my business continuity device?
Keep your business continuity settings updated so your device will function as expected if an outage occurs.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From
Devices, choose the business continuity device you want to edit. You can use the device type bubbles to filter the list.
- Review and/or change the following settings as needed:
Tabs Description Overview View the overall status of the device or edit any of the Details. Associated devices View which devices are protected by business continuity. Settings - General: Change the display name of the device as needed.
- Network: Choose how you want IP addresses assigned.
- PSTN: Choose the appropriate settings, such as the IP address and desired port for your ATA (adapter).
- Select Save when complete.
