How do I change the language in the app?
Customize your language preferences in GoTo.
Note: These steps only change the language inside of GoTo. Contact your system admin to change the language of voice prompts used in the voicemail menu or with star codes, etc.
Restriction: Changing the language in the mobile app is not available at present time.
From the desktop or web app, select your profile picture in the top right and then select Settings.
From Language in the left sidebar, choose your preferred language for the app.
