How do I change my default payment method?
Choose the default card or banking account that you use for autopay and one-time payments.
Before you begin: You must have the
view and pay invoices permission or be assigned the
Super admin role to perform this task.
- Sign in at https://my.jive.com/billing.
- From , select Default next to the method you want as your default payment method.
