How do I view call volume analytics in a dial plan?

    View call volume analytics to help understand your call flow, troubleshoot dropped calls, and optimize your most frequently used extensions to provide the fastest service to your customers.

    Note: This is a beta feature and currently undergoing changes until its official release.
    Note: This feature may not be available on your subscription plan.
    1. If you are not already, sign in to GoTo Admin.
    2. From Phone system > Call routes > Dial plans choose the dial plan you want to view.
    3. On the top navigation menu, choose a time frame from the drop-down list.
      Tip: The longer the time period chosen, more data will be shown.
    4. Choose what you want to do:
      Task How-to
      View quantity of calls for a specific node Select the node. An information card will appear on the right side of the canvas with description of the node and an Insights section. The Insights section will list the quantity of incoming calls and the actions chosen by the caller. Hover over the details shown for additional information.
      View call volume for entire dial plan Select Analytics Icon on the top navigation menu. Greater call volume results in bolder connection lines between nodes.
    What to do next: Make changes to the dial plan as needed to optimize call flow.
