Manage User's Email Notifications in the GoTo Admin Center (classic)

Enable or disable User Sync email notifications for new users and/or changes to their account. This feature only applies to accounts that use automated provisioning or single sign on (SSO).

If an organization has been set up, admins can control whether welcome emails and change notifications are sent to users via User Sync. This setting is enabled by default.
  1. Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Select Admin Settings in the navigation menu.
  3. Under Organization, select Edit next to Provisioning emails are enabled....

    Result: A pop-up will appear.

  4. Enable or disable the setting and then select Save.

    Note: If you disable this setting, you will be responsible for informing your users about changes to their account or product access. .
