Why does my attendee appear twice?

    Occasionally you might see the same individual appear twice on your attendee list. There are a few scenarios that can cause this.

    They might be having network issues.

    Sometimes if a participant is having network issues, they might remain on the attendee list but appear as "offline" while GoTo Training tries to reconnect them. Occasionally when they do reconnect, they will appear as a new attendee while the original entry continues to appear as "offline".

    They might have joined twice.

    Sometimes participants might actually join the same training from multiple devices (e.g., if they need to move away from their desk for part of the training they may also join on a mobile device). In this case, you will see entries from both devices.
