How do I send reminder emails to registrants? (Classic)

    Send reminder emails to your registrants so they are notified before the training starts.

    1. Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
    2. Click My Trainings in the left menu and select the desired training.
    3. On the Manage Training page, scroll to the Emails section.
    4. Next to "Reminder Emails", click Edit.
    5. Schedule your reminder email to be sent out to registrants:
      • 1 hour before the start date and time.
      • 1 day before the start date and time.
      • 1 week before the start date and time.
    6. If you'd like to receive a copy, check the Send me a copy of the Reminder Email box.
    7. If you'd like, enter personalized text.
    8. Click Save.
