How do I send reminder emails to registrants?
Send reminder emails to your registrants so they are notified before the training starts.
- Log in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
- Click My Trainings in the left menu and select the desired training.
- On the Manage Training page, scroll to the Emails section.
- Next to "Reminder Emails", click Edit.
- Schedule your reminder email to be sent out to registrants:
- 1 hour before the start date and time.
- 1 day before the start date and time.
- 1 week before the start date and time.
- If you'd like to receive a copy, check the Send me a copy of the Reminder Email box.
- If you'd like, enter personalized text.
- Click Save.
