How do I resend confirmation emails? (Classic)

    Resend confirmation emails to your attendees if they misplaced it. Confirmation emails are immediately sent upon registration (if automatic approval is enabled) or sent upon approval (if manual approval is enabled).

    1. Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
    2. Click My Trainings in the left menu and select the desired training.
    3. On the Manage Training page, scroll to the Tracking Registrants section.
    4. Click View. The list of registrants are listed in the Approved tab.
    5. Select a registrant and click Resend Confirmation Email.
