About Reports in GoTo Resolve

    In the Console, you can view reports on agents' activity in support sessions and helpdesk tickets. These reports provide details of attended, unattended, and camera share sessions as well as agents' performance while working on helpdesk tickets.

    To get an overview of your support sessions or helpdesk tickets, sign in to the Console and go to the Reporting menu. Then select the type of reports you want to view.

    To hide the bar chart of your report, click the icon in the top-right of the page.
