How do I Manage Incoming Alerts in GoTo Resolve?

Here's how to handle incoming alerts.

Remember: Alerts are available for users with Free, Standard, or Premium licenses. Alerts can be set up for devices that are both Proand verified.
  1. In the Console, go to the Devices > Alerts page.
    The Alerts page is displayed.
  2. You have the following options:
    • Manage device - View real-time information of the device that sent the alert.
    • Create a ticket - Creates a Helpdesk ticket using the details of the alert.
    • Acknowledge - When the alert requires no further action, you can remove it from the list.

How to acknowledge multiple alerts?

Depending on how frequently you receive alerts from devices, you may have several alerts of the same kind, coming from the same device. When you have an overwhelming amount of alerts, you can easily select and acknowledge those together.
  1. On the Alerts page, select the alerts that you want to acknowledge.
    You can select any number of alerts coming from any device.
  2. In the top-right, click Acknowledge selected alerts.
  3. Confirm your choice.
