How do I Enable or Disable Alert Policies in GoTo Resolve?
Manage your existing alert policies to make sure that you stay up-to-date with device issues.
- In the Console, go to the page.
- In the top-right corner, select Manage alert policies.
- Hover over an existing alert policy and choose one of the following options:
- Reactivate an alert policy that has been deactivated.
- Deactivate an active alert policy.
- Edit the alert policy. See How do I Set up Alerts in GoTo Resolve?
- Click the bin icon to delete the alert policy.
- Type your signature key to confirm your choice.
