How do I Enable or Disable Alert Policies in GoTo Resolve?

Manage your existing alert policies to make sure that you stay up-to-date with device issues.

Remember: Alerts are available for users with Free, Standard, or Premium licenses. Alerts can be set up for devices that are both Proand verified.
  1. In the Console, go to the Devices > Alerts page.
  2. In the top-right corner, select Manage alert policies.
  3. Hover over an existing alert policy and choose one of the following options:
    • Reactivate an alert policy that has been deactivated.
    • Deactivate an active alert policy.
    • Edit the alert policy. See How do I Set up Alerts in GoTo Resolve?
    • Click the bin icon to delete the alert policy.
  4. Type your signature key to confirm your choice.
