How do I Close a Ticket in the Console?

    1. Sign in to the Console at
    2. Go to Helpdesk and select a ticket.
    3. Change the Status of the ticket to Closed.

      Alternatively, in list view of the Helpdesk page, hover over a ticket and select the three dots on the right. Then click Close ticket.

    4. Save your changes.
