Edit a Scheduled Conference

Follow the steps below to edit the details of an upcoming conference that you scheduled using your OpenVoice account on the web:

1. Log in to your OpenVoice account.

2. In the left navigation, click Invite & Schedule.

3. Under Upcoming Conferences, click Edit to modify the details of the conference call.

4. Click Save when done to send new email invitations with the updated information.

Note: If you have scheduled your conference call using the Outlook Plugin, please check your Outlook calendar for your scheduled conferences.
