How do I view my meeting history and search for recordings? (Classic)

    Organizers can view meeting history details (date, time, title, duration, and attendees) from their account. Meeting history data is stored for 90 days after its scheduled end date. If you're on a GoTo Meeting Corporate plan, meeting history is stored for up to 12 months.

    View attendee details

    1. Sign in at
    2. Click the History tab.
    3. Select or search for the desired meeting to view the attendee list with details (i.e., name, email address, and join & leave times).
    4. To download an attendee list, click Diagnostics to open the Meeting Diagnostics Report and click Download attendee list.
