How do I share my screen from GoTo Room with Dolby?
Share your content from a separate device wirelessly or with a HDMI cable. Please note that you cannot share during an online GoTo Meeting session. You can only share as a presentation tool with attendees in the conference room with you.
Share using a HDMI cable
- Take a separate device into the conference room.
- From the Dolby Conference Phone, select .
- Plug in the HDMI cable to your second device.
Share wirelessly
- Take a separate device into the conference room (make sure this device has Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox installed).
- From the Dolby Conference Phone, select .
- Locate the unique gotoroom.me URL.
- From your second device, open a web browser and enter the unique gotoroom.me URL.
- Choose between sharing the device's entire screen or just an application window, then select Share.
- To stop sharing content, either select End Presentation in the browser or End Presentation on the Dolby Phone Conference.
