System requirements for GoToAssist Seeit agents
As an agent, you can easily host a GoToAssist Seeit session from any compatible Windows or Mac computer using the agent website, or create sessions on your iOS device.
Below are the system requirements to host a support session as an agent.
Host a session from a Windows or Mac computer
To host a GoToAssist Seeit session from the agent website on your desktop computer, you will need the following:
- An active GoToAssist Seeit agent seat (new trial or paid subscriptions are no longer available)

Host a session from iOS
To host a GoToAssist Seeit session from the GoToAssist Seeit Agent App for iOS, you will need the following:

Video and image quality
When you record your session or take snapshots during your session, the image and video quality can vary depending on your customer's mobile device.

When you use camera sharing, take snapshots and/or record sessions, the image and video quality can vary depending on the Android device your customer is using.
