GoToAssist Seeit Outage FAQ - August 28, 2024
On August 28, GoTo Assist SeeIt experienced an outage that has affected all of our SeeIt customers, who were unable to create sessions.
Why did this happen?
One of the three instances of this application was lost, and we could not reinstall it. We have redeployed all services on the system, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
How are we solving this issue?
Currently, there are several streams of work.
- We are working to understand how we can get the product functional again. This may take some time.
- Until then, as a workaround for all customers, we provide a 90 day trial of GTA Remote Support Mobile Add On
What do you have to do to receive the trial?
No steps are necessary. We are provisioning the trials to you, and once this is done, you will receive an email from us notifying you about the outage and the workaround.
What if I did not receive the trial or the notification email?
Please reach out to your Customer Care Representative.
Is GoToAssist SeeIt going to be decommissioned?
GoToAssist SeeIt has been in maintenance status for the past several years, but we are still looking for a viable way to bring the product back online.
