Rep Login Activity Report
The Rep Login Activity Report displays a summary of all HelpAlert login activity for representatives. The report lists each time that representatives logged in to HelpAlert and subsequently logged out of HelpAlert during the specified date range.
Rep Login Activity Summary
- Team/Rep/Portal Name: The teams, representatives or portals chosen for the report
- Number of Unique Reps: Total number of representatives who logged in during the date range
- Number of Login Events: Total number of times that representatives logged in to HelpAlert during the date range
- Total Login Time: Total cumulative time that representatives spent logged in to HelpAlert during the date range
- Total Denied Logins: Number of log-in attempts that were refused due to incorrect credentials
Rep Login Events Summary
- Rep Name: The representative's first and last name
- Rep Login: The representative's login to HelpAlert (email address format)
- Rep Screen Name: The representative's screen name (seen in the Chat box, the drop-down menu at the customer's portal page and in File Transfer)
- Rep Custom: The representative's custom field information (if configured)
- Rep Team: The team to which the representative belongs
- Sub Rep Team: The sub team to which the representative belongs
- Login Creation Date: Date and time the representative's login to HelpAlert was created
- Sessions Started: Total number of sessions started by the representative during the date range selected for the report
- Sessions Finished: Total number of sessions finished by the representative during the date range selected for the report
- Total Session Duration: Total amount of time that the representative was in session with a customer
- Number of Log-In Events: Total number of times that the representative logged in to HelpAlert during the date range
- Total Login Time: Total amount of time that the representative spent logged in to HelpAlert across all log-in events during the date range
- Total Denied Logins: Number of log-in attempts that were refused due to incorrect credentials
Denied Login Details
- Rep Name: The representative's first and last name
- Rep Login: The representative's login for HelpAlert (email address format)
- Attempt Time: Date and time that the representative attempted to log in to HelpAlert
- Reason: “Bad password” or “IP address of PC blocked” (GoToAssist Corporate internal configuration);
- IP Address: IP address of PC where the login was attempted
