How do I log in/out of all queues?

    Use the agent dashboard to log in, pause, or log out of all assigned queues simultaneously.

    1. Sign in to our GoTo desktop/web app.
    2. Select the desired line extension if there are multiple.
    3. Click the headset icon to access the agent dashboard.
    4. From Overview, use the Assigned Queues menu to select which queues you want to join.
    5. Click Login to queues.
    6. To pause or log out, choose the desired option from the Agent status menu.
    7. To resume activity in your queues, click Ready from the Agent status menu.
