Why does my phone continue ringing after answering?
If you are having trouble with your phone ringing even after you've answered the call, it is almost always related to your router and/or network. This is an advanced task typically performed by your IT Admin.
This issue is usually caused by an incompatible router or the SIP Application Layer Gateway (ALG) protocols which can affect phone behavior. SIP ALG must be disabled for optimized service.
