Resend a Welcome Email in the GoTo Admin Center (classic)

If your invited users have not yet signed in and created their account, admins can resend the welcome email invitation.

The article below is meant for admins who use the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at to administer their account.   1. Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at
  2. Select Manage Users in the navigation menu.
  3. For any user you want to re-invite, select Invite again or Resend. To view the date the invitation was last sent, hover over the status text.
  4. Select the email template you want to send, then select Resend Email.
