How do I use my cellular network to make calls in the mobile app?

    Choose if you want to make calls over your cellular network or Wi-Fi and data on the mobile app. Use cellular network calling when your Wi-Fi network is unavailable or unreliable.

    Note: Caller ID will show your GoTo phone number, not your mobile phone number, if using cellular network to make outbound calls.
    1. From the mobile app, tap your profile picture in the top left.
    2. Tap Phone and then tap Call Options.
    3. From Call options, choose Cellular network.

      Select Wi-Fi + Data to make outgoing calls using your Wi-Fi network.

    4. If prompted, enter your mobile number and then tap Save.
