How do I troubleshoot a business continuity device?

    Power cycle your business continuity device as a first step to fixing any issues.

    1. Press the power button (do not press and hold) on the front of the business continuity device.
    2. Confirm the business continuity device is powered off.

      Result: The light will turn amber.

    3. Wait at least 30 seconds and then press the power button again to turn the device back on.
