How do I set up an after-hours message?

    Set a schedule for your chat widget so that you can have a custom message appear letting customers know that you are not open.

    1. Sign in to our GoTo desktop/web app.
    2. From Contact Center > Admin > Chat queues, select the queue that needs changes made.
    3. From Settings > After-hours, enable Enable after-hours message & schedule.
    4. Choose the schedule (or create a new one) that you want your chat to follow.
    5. In the Message field, type the message you want displayed to your customers when they start a chat after-hours (according to the selected schedule).
    6. Click Save when complete.
