How do I set up an after-hours message?
Set a schedule for your chat widget so that you can have a custom message appear letting customers know that you are not open.
- Sign in to our GoTo desktop/web app.
- From , select the queue that needs changes made.
- From , enable Enable after-hours message & schedule.
- Choose the schedule (or create a new one) that you want your chat to follow.
- In the Message field, type the message you want displayed to your customers when they start a chat after-hours (according to the selected schedule).
- Click Save when complete.
