How do I pause or unpause queue calls?
This star code allows agents to pause and unpause queue calls.
Tip:
- You can also use the agent dashboard in GoTo to pause and unpause all calls as well as utilize pause reasons.
- If you pause a queue from your desk phone, it will show up as paused in GoTo.
What to do next: You will then hear either “Agent paused” or “Agent unpaused.”
