How do I pause or unpause queue calls?

    This star code allows agents to pause and unpause queue calls.

    Tip:
    • You can also use the agent dashboard in GoTo to pause and unpause all calls as well as utilize pause reasons.
    • If you pause a queue from your desk phone, it will show up as paused in GoTo.
    1. Dial *33 from your phone to pause all queues.
      If you want to pause an individual queue, dial *33 + the queue extension.
    2. Dial *34 from your phone to unpause all queues.
      If you want to unpause an individual queue, dial *34 + the queue extension.
    What to do next: You will then hear either “Agent paused” or “Agent unpaused.”
